Unmasking the Paradox: Your Involuntary Shift from Constitutional to Statutory Citizenship

Introduction:

This comprehensive blog post delves into the deceptive tactics employed by the government to transition individuals from their rightful status as constitutional citizens/residents to statutory citizens/residents. By intentionally blurring the lines and distorting key terms, the government and legal profession have managed to expand their jurisdiction and control over Americans beyond the bounds set by the U.S. Constitution. In this post, we will bring this process into the light, explain vital terms used by federal judiciary courts and the legislative branch under Title 8, and equip you with the knowledge to recognize these strategies and protect your rights. Together, we'll untangle the perplexities surrounding citizenship contexts and uncover the reality behind the manipulation.

  1. The Power of Definitions and the Art of Deception:

Historically, governments have attempted to stretch their authority beyond the bounds of the constitution by confusing the definitions of vital terms. This creates uncertainty and allows the courts to stretch their interpretations of legislation, resulting in what can be described as "judge-made law." Such practices violate the original intent of the Constitution, transforming a government of "laws" into a government of "men" (Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137, 1803). This section aims to:

    - Define commonly used terms in both the federal judiciary courts and the legislative branch (Title 8) clearly to dissolve deception.

    - Reveal how the government and legal practitioners have twisted citizenship terms to increase their authority and control over Americans, bypassing constitutional approval.

  2. The Dangerous Assumption:

Linking "Citizen" with "Domicile": The association between the words "citizen" and "citizenship" with the term "domicile" forms the most injurious presumption to your rights. Whenever you or the government use the term "citizen," certain presumptions are made:

    - You are presumed to maintain a legal domicile within the civil legislative jurisdiction, such as federal territory, when in a federal court.

    - An assumption of allegiance to the government, along with the obligation to pay them "tribute" for their protection, is made.

    - The ability to participate in government affairs is presumed, regardless of your current participation level.

  3. The Root of Confusion:

Merging Constitutional and Statutory Contexts: The U.S. Supreme Court has pinpointed the confusion surrounding citizenship. In their explanation, they state that the term "citizen" applies to individuals in their individual character, possessing social and political rights, and sustaining social, political, and moral obligations. This acceptance of the term "citizen" should only be understood within this context. The confusion arises when the constitutional and statutory contexts are equated. A corporation, being an artificial, incorporeal, and theoretical creation, cannot be a citizen or fall within the terms or power of the Constitution (Rundle v. Delaware & Raritan Canal Company, 55 U.S. 80, 99, 1852).

  4. Two Tongues of Deception:

Dissimulating the Public Officers: The confusion between the constitutional and statutory contexts is akin to the metaphor of a snake's forked tongue. Lawyers, metaphorically speaking, have two "forks" on their tongue—one representing the constitutional context, and the other representing the statutory context. The purpose behind confusing these two contexts is to dissimulate individuals and falsely portray them as public officers subject to government jurisdiction. Dissimulation is the act of hiding under a false appearance (Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary).

By employing intricate tactics of deception, the government has historically expanded its jurisdiction beyond constitutional boundaries. By conflating key terms and blurring distinctions between constitutional and statutory contexts, individuals have been misled into transitioning from their rightful status as constitutional citizens/residents to their statutory counterparts. However, armed with understanding and awareness of the tactics at play, you can safeguard your rights and confidently navigate the legal terrain. Let's escape the webs of deception and assert our constitutional rights in the face of perplexity. Together, we can reclaim our true constitutional citizen status and uphold the integrity of our legal system.
Two Tongues of Deception: Misleading Public Officers (continued):

In a legal context, misleading people requires specific conditions:

  1. Legal Ignorance:

Firstly, successful deception hinges on the lack of legal knowledge. Without understanding the terms and their implications, individuals can easily become victims of manipulation.

  2. Apathy or Complacency:

Many individuals show reluctance to research the true meanings of terms used by the government and the legal system. This lack of inquisitiveness allows deceptive practices to continue unchecked.

  3. Willingness to Accept False Assumptions:

For the deception to persist, individuals must be willing to accept false assumptions. These assumptions, when used in court, violate due process. Courts have highlighted the perils of such passivity and ignorance, underscoring the need for an informed and engaged citizenry.

  4. The Intentional Confusion:

Criminals within the so-called "District of Criminals" have promoted, broadened, and commercialized the deliberate confusion between constitutional and statutory citizens. They use tactics like:

  1. Using the Term "United States" Ambiguously:

The deliberate failure to distinguish between the four United States (states of the Union) within specific contexts is tantamount to constructive fraud. By neglecting to clarify which United States is being referred to, the government clouds its true intention and meaning.

  2. Taking Advantage of Ignorance in Government Forms:

Government forms capitalize on the average American's lack of knowledge by deceptively linking the term "United States" with states of the Union, contrary to reality. This lack of transparency makes government publications and phone support unreliable. The absence of accountability enables the government to lie with impunity to increase illegal revenue collection.

  3. Establishing Statutory Franchises:

Statutory franchises, or benefits, are set up, turning all statutory "persons," "citizens," and "residents" into public officers of the United States federal corporation. By participating in these franchises, individuals indirectly transform into federal corporations. To ensure these franchises remain lawful and constitutional, their geographical definitions are restricted to federal territory.

  4. Misuse of "Includes" and "Including":

The government abuses the terms "includes" and "including" and disseminates misinformation in unreliable government publications to illegitimately extend franchises into constitutional states of the Union. This misuse serves as a defense of plausible deniability if they are caught in the act.

  5. Deceptive Practices on Withholding Forms:

On withholding forms, the government intentionally leaves no status blocks for individuals who do not wish to participate or are under criminal duress to participate. They refuse to clarify or distinguish between constitutional and statutory citizens on the status block, offering only the option of "U.S. citizen," which is then assumed to mean a statutory citizen. No forms are provided to quit the franchise, which is deceptively termed "voluntary." Illegal penalties or discrimination are imposed on those who indicate non-participation or refusal to consent to being a statutory person, taxpayer, citizen, or resident.

  6. Unlawful Penalization of Non-Participants:

Those who refuse to falsely declare themselves as statutory "persons," "individuals," "citizens," or "residents" on withholding forms, asserting their status as non-resident non-persons not subject to the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), are unlawfully penalized. This constitutes criminal witness tampering.

  7. Bribery of Constitutional States:

Constitutional states are bribed to behave as statutory states and federal corporations in return for a share of the plunder derived from the illegal enforcement of tax code franchises. This compels them to engage in acts of international commercial terrorism within their borders, violating Article 4, Section 4, of the United States Constitution.

  8. Criminal Activities in State Courts:

The aforementioned tactics are replicated in state courts and state statutes. Judges are unlawfully bribed with financial rewards to sanction or convict individuals who attempt to halt these criminal activities.

  9. Manipulation of Choice of Law Rules:

Judges misuse choice of law rules to apply foreign statutory franchise codes to jurisdictions where they do not apply. They treat everyone as franchisees, whether they wish to be or not. This constitutes criminal identity theft and violates the Declaratory Judgments Act.

  10. Refusal to Clarify in Court Rulings:

Judges under financial pressure refuse to clarify which type of "citizens" they are referring to in their rulings, causing everyone to assume they are the same.

  11. Muzzling Attorneys:

Attorneys are silenced through licensing regulations, which threaten their professional survival if they attempt to expose or prosecute any of the illegal activities mentioned above. This regulation of purely private conduct contradicts constitutional principles.
